Consent to follow MLS Rules. You agree to the following:

 

  • to use the Services only for your personal use;
  • that you are entering a lawful consumer-broker relationship with REC as defined by applicable state law;
  • you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate on the REC website, and;
  • that you will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the information provided except in connection with your consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property.

Residential Real Estate Only. You are authorized to use the Services only for residential real estate transactions, and not for commercial real estate transactions of any kind.

No Copying, Distributing or Creating Derivative Works. You agree not to copy, distribute, display or create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any portion of the Services. You also agree not to remove or modify any copyright or other intellectual property notices that appear in the Services.

No Scrubbing or Scraping. Publicly available search engine providers may crawl or query the Services only for the purpose of creating an index with links to the Services’ web pages to generate web search engine results. All other automated queries of the Services (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers and any other automated activity with the purpose of obtaining information from the Services) is strictly prohibited, unless you have received express written permission from REC.

No Right to Reproduce. Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not provide you a license to use, reproduce, distribute, display or provide access to any portion of the Services on third-party Web sites or otherwise.

Aggregated Data
Information Aggregation. REC is not responsible for any errors in displayed information or delays in displaying information. All information provided on the Services is either transmitted to REC from other entities or persons or was obtained through publicly available sources. Issues of data accuracy may be brought to the attention of REC by sending feedback but it is likely that such information accuracy cannot be corrected by REC and the entity or person that generated the information must be appealed to. For example: incorrect listing information can only be changed by the third party listing agent under our terms with the MLSs.

Days on Site
Days on Site: The Days on Site value, displayed as “added X days ago” or “added to Real Estate Connection X Days ago” is derived from the date the listing was first displayed on the Site, not from the data in the MLS Listing.

Use and Access of this Web Site
REC reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to deny your access to and use of this Web site. You agree that you may not use or attempt to use any part of this Web site to represent that you have any (express or implied) affiliation with REC or broker relationship with REC without the express written permission of REC.
